From western until unique cultural experience culinary ! we genuinely believe that food matters, this is why you are provide with a dedicated Villa Chef to prepare your choice from our menu, using the finest ingredients available in Bali.
Should you have a request for a dish not on the menu, or a special dietary requirement, please feel free to ask the chef, who will strive to comply with all of your wishes |

Lunch & Dinner Special Menus or Barbeque
A number of special lunch and dinner menus are offered, which require a day's notice to the chef in order to make arrangements.
Dinner parties and functions can all catered to – please ask the chef or manager for more details at any time of the day, whether you are requesting breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snacks. |

Food and beverage are all charge at cost price ingredient only. Preparation and cooking services are provided compliments of The Hidden Palace chef and team.
Please remember to provide your villa chef with the necessary deposit shopping money, and sufficient time for shopping, preparation and serving of your meals. As a guideline, please place the next day's meal selection, by the previous evening.
For your convenience, as with all expanding food & beverage, Staff will present receipts as proof of purchase reporting to you at cost with daily base and final account return and payable in total upon checkout. |
Large Dining Groups
If you have a large group it is advisable that the group dines on the same dish or that you order several dishes to be shared. Please allow at least one day's notice, and feel free to discuss any requirements with the chef or manager. |
Using the kitchen
If you prefer to do your own cooking, please do not hesitate to make use of the kitchen facilities yourself. We encourage you to consider The hidden Palace home during your stay. |
